Of the things I have and the things I don’t yet have.
rocks:
No, not rune stones. Not yet, at least. I do have a set of runes that I drew (and I use the term loosely) on wooden discs and, while I actually kind of like them, they don’t seem quite permanent.
What I do have are several crystals, with the attributes ascribed to them though those, of course, vary a little depending on where the information is coming from…
- Rose Quartz: true love stone. Promotes affinity for self and others through its affinity for the heart.
- Ocean Jasper: helps one to accept responsibility and to increase the attribute of patience. It has been used to facilitate continuity in circular breathing during healing and/or meditative states. Nutrition stabilization to improve the digestive processes to assist in elimination of toxins.
- Unakite: healing, balance and healthy pregnancy. This was given to me when I was pregnant.
- Red Jasper:
- Rhodonite:
- something resembling a two toned clear quartz…that has recently gone missing.
- Citrine:
- Carnelian:
- Blue Lace Agate:
- Moonstone
- Adventurine
- Moss Agate
- Clear Quartz
- Smoky Quartz
- Amethyst
- Brecciated Jasper
- more to be added…
In jewellery:
- amber pendant
- scarab bracelet with mother of pearl, coral, tiger’s eye, onyx and jade
- norse crystal pendant – from my sister in law. I had looked this up at one point, but can’t find the link anymore…
- eye of Ra pendant, also from my sister in law
- lapis lazuli bracelet

Tarot:
- I have the Medieval Scapini Tarot deck. I’m still figuring it out, but have found that I turn over the Judgment card a lot when doing a daily reading for myself. I’ve turned over many surprisingly accurate cards at times when I have been very focussed and felt as though it was a good time to read. I have so much more to learn …
- I have also acquired the Tarot of a Moon Garden. I’m not sure that this will be my primary deck, but it is soothing.
Oracle:
- I have the Celtic Tree Oracle deck. These, I have found far more meditative. I have not yet tried the recommended card selection, but plan to in the coming weeks.
Books:
- oh, man, are there books… If you’re seriously interested, I’m on goodreads. I’m not listing them all here!
scissors:
No, I have no sharp, pointy objects. Yet. Do gardening shears count?
none of the above:
That leaves delicious pottery dishes, beeswax candles, a lovely journal, a smooth pen and a tingly new singing bowl. I would dearly love to find a dedicated candle holder and another dish and cup (or two), but all in good time.
